Nice to see Sheffield is to have a steal industry once more. Some good words and phrases in that article such as income from fines, generating further £s from fines, potential income and enhance the effectiveness of enforcement. All quite refreshing and honest as you would expect from a plain speaking yorkshireman. They did slip into soft southern pansy council speak momentarily with "More effective enforcement will improve safety around schools, make bus stops more accessible and reduce traffic congestion.' It seems the Mob's submission to the Transport Select committee was not a moment too soon.
Appealing to the council is like playing chess with a pigeon. You might be a chess grand master but the pigeon will always knock all the pieces over, shit on the board and then strut around triumphantly.
