If you email me at prankster@parking-prankster.com I can send you some photos of signs taken within the last week or so for a recent case.

I don't have a recent ParkingEye PCN; only ones before they added the words 'the creditor'.

Sadly the video got pulled.

Meanwhile I am also putting out a general request for ParkingEye landowner witness statements, letters of authority and contract first pages. You will have one of these if you were taken to court and fought the case, or if you went to POPLA and queried their right to impose charges.

So far I have:
Witness statements dating almost over a year where the same statement from Colliers International is apparently photocopied and new dates written in by different hand.
Witness statements from the Range where the date is written by a different hand
Witness statements where someone other than the witness signed
More dodgy witness statements I am currently keeping under wraps for now
Contracts etc dated after the parking event.

More please!

Currently collecting information on any of the following:

CEL court cases where they discontinue a few days before the hearing
Excel and VCS contracts and GPEOL calculations
ParkingEye sharp practices

Or ParkingEye practices as they are generally known.

Appealing to the council is like playing chess with a pigeon. You might be a chess grand master but the pigeon will always knock all the pieces over, shit on the board and then strut around triumphantly.

The Fax ma'am just the Fax.
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well-preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways - Beer in one hand - chocolate in the other - body thoroughly used up,  totally worn out and screaming "WOO-HOO, what a  ride!!"

Ewan's interesting facts

The parking industry tells around 1.8 million lies per year.

Between 2% and 5% of these are concocted by Patrick Trouser-fire. (His real name, even the name 'Troy' is a lie.)

Lies can be measured on the Kelvin scale. This is where an absolute whopper can be slipped in at room temperature.

Appealing to the council is like playing chess with a pigeon. You might be a chess grand master but the pigeon will always knock all the pieces over, shit on the board and then strut around triumphantly.

How the f*** did the crooks at Parking Eye get their £27 (+VAT) Fee enforced against the Motorist?
I assume these were Judgements entered in absentia?
