There are two very good sub links on this page, Debt Collection Guidance and Debt Collection Letters Guidance. This mainly applies to private weasels who are guilty of oppressive business practices under OFT rules. Continuous demands for payment when there is a dispute is one of many examples of oppressive practice. Credit to Mr. Mustard for highlighting this link in a recent Prankster blog.
