Dear   XXX

Re: FOI 2013 – 00948

I refer to your request for information received  17 January 2014 under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.  You requested the following information :-

1) A copy of all signed bailiff contracts/service level agreements for recovery of council debts that cover 1st April 2012 to 31st December 2013

2) The dates and locations of all Bailiff ANPR 'Special Operations' with the Police from 1st April 2012 to 31st December 2013 including disclosure of the bailiff contractor who was in attendance.

3) The total income recovered by bailiffs of parking debts for the 1st April 2012 to 31st December 2013

4) All bailiff contract monitoring reports for 1st April 2012 to 31st December 2013

In response to this question, I can confirm that the Council holds the following information.

1) You inspected our bailiff contracts last year as part of your inspection of the 2012/13 accounts and requested extracts were supplied to you. These would still be the relevant contracts. Can you please let me know if you require any further information.

2) Bailiff ANPR 'Special Operations' with the Police from 1st April 2012 to 31st December 2013.
