Well noticed Martin.

I have looked at this Bus Stop on Google Streetview.

It does appear to have two Sign Plates alongside it. One is a No Waiting Sign possibly with times underneath - (I can't read it properly.)  The other is a standard No Waiting at anytime except Buses plate.

In any event the No Waiting plate is not permitted to be placed in conjunction with the road markings of a bus stop.

If a case went to Adjudication it is not certain that it would be won on these grounds alone.

A letter to The Council ought to get it removed.
