Screen shot it is then!
Appealing to the council is like playing chess with a pigeon. You might be a chess grand master but the pigeon will always knock all the pieces over, shit on the board and then strut around triumphantly.

What publication was the 2nd article (with blue background) in?  "There is no Formal Certificate issued but a letter...." Who is responsible for this statement?

I have in front of me a copy of Bexley's VCA CERTIFICATE It has printed on it the following words: CERTIFICATE No. PAD 022. (PAD stands for: Parking Approved Devices).

If it is not a certificate why does it state on it that it is? If it is not a certificate perhaps Bexley would be good enough to also explain the following:

The Certificate mentioned above was sent to me by Mr Gregg Tippett in April 2011. In March 2009 he was the Assistant Parking Manager at Bexley. His name and title appears on the Certificate dated 30th March 2009.

I had requested a copy of Bexley's Approved Device Certificates. The email reply from Mr Tippett stated:

"Please see copy of certificate for Approved Device as provided by the VCA as requested in your email below."

The CERTIFICATE was attached to the email.

I recently asked an Adjudicator at PaTAS the following question after showing her a VCA Certificate. "Would you say that the document is a certificate or not?"  The reply was "Yes I Would."

Nigel, here's a link to where that article came from;
http://www.bexleychronicle.com/
There's a button to click to read the chronicle online then chose either the October Bexleyheath edition or the October Sidcup edition, they both have the same letters page, which is on page 4. I'm wondering if your 'certificate' is in fact a fake that has been knocked up on the computer. As we all know, Bexley's moral compass is slightly lacking.

Well. Bexley can't say they weren't warned.

I get the distinct feeling that whoever made that statement is about to be "Nigelled". :pmsl:

Perhaps it has been left next to a magnet.

Yes a Money Magnet. <_>
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well-preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways - Beer in one hand - chocolate in the other - body thoroughly used up,  totally worn out and screaming "WOO-HOO, what a  ride!!"
