Hackney $cars

I was working in the next road to these today and it just seems wrong to see these cars coming and going without a $chunter on their tail.  :bashy:

Pat mate, never admit to being wrong. Think like a councillor, blame technical error/outside contractors/the public, just anything but yourself.
