So the simple question is....why a van ? There must be a reason Not sure though
No. WCC stopped clamping in 2008. This merely adds to the confusion as to the order of a van ANPR
I believe the only clamping that may take place again is for persistent evaders ie those with 3 or more PCNs. This has not yet been confirmed though. This said,with ANPR tech, it is quite possible for the van to be uploaded with a simple data base of these "PE`s" details. If this is the way forward, we need to find out asap.

I think they would have costed the fuel type into the original business plan for the IQ`s. I smell something more than merely keeping NSL staff warm as NSL don`t give a Fu** about their staff!
