Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) 2000: Request for information

Thank you for your request for information logged on 14 January 2014.  You have requested that Westminster City Council provides you with the following information:

1. Please provide the dates and locations of all Bailiff ANPR 'Special Operations' with the Police from 1st April 2012 31st March 2013

2. Please provide the total income recovered by bailiffs of parking debts for the financial year 1st April 2012 to 31st March 2013

3. Please supply all bailiff contract monitoring reports for the financial year 1st April 2012 to 31st March 2013

In response to your request, and according to our records, I can advise as follows:

1. The table below shows dates and locations of Bailiff ANPR “Special Operations” with the Police from 1 April 2012 to 31 March 2013:

 Where the location is “unknown”, this information has not been recorded; however, it is likely that these locations would either be Charing Cross Road and/or Shaftsbury Avenue.

There were no special operations after 14 August 2012 for that financial year.

2. The total income recovered by Bailiffs from parking Debts for the financial year 1 April 2012 to 31 March 2013 was £389,892.27

3. Please find enclosed 3 Bailiff monitoring reports for the period 1 April 2012 to 31 March 2013.
