Well apparently Mr Craske had no involvement he has replied: "Your allegations against me are 100% false." Of course, I had made no allegations against him.

My Reply:
Dear Mr Craske,

I did not accuse you of anything. I simply asked if you were responsible.

Please ferret out the person responsible for this and let me know who it was. This matter has now reached the National Press.  A simple request by you for the culprit to step forward ought to be sufficient.

If you are unable to find out who was responsible this will demonstrate that the person/s responsible are deceitful. This will determine that they ought not to be employed by The Council.

Mail just sent to Cllr. Craske.
Dear Mr Craske,
You have not answered my last mail to you. Is this because the culprit did not step forward when asked to? I have also posed the same questions to Mr Tippett. He too has failed to answer.

If neither of you answer my mails correctly as you have a public duty to do, I will be forced to ask these same questions to The Chief Exec. and to all other councillors at Bexley. The questions will include why neither you or Mr Tippett have responded to my mails.

Perhaps you will be able to obtain this information and present it by hand to the NoToMOB Protesters who I understand will be arriving in Bexley on Saturday 14th May. Of course if you have anything to hide you will not be prepared to meet these protesters.

Perhaps you can arrange for Mr Tippett to be with you when you meet these people.

Should you think that it is necessary to bring your police escort if you feel in any way threatened by the public you purport to serve you will be most welcome to do so.

@Nigel , i dont want to upset you, and this aint my intention.

But i will tell  you a little story that happened about 2 weeks ago in Bexley. It was whilst $CHUNTING, standing at the roadside assisting a scar with its dutys that a policeman walked past. He got to me and he stopped, he gave me a pat on the back and walked off saying he loved my form of protest. Now it was at this point that i turned and called him back and went on to explain that what i was doing was not a protest, i was not a protester, and was only helping the scar in the name of safety. I guess one could call us protesters as in we are protesting about the use of the scars. But i dont know why, i still take exeption to being called a protester. But that said....I've been called worst 

I know we fall under the banner of 'protester'.  Maybe its just me, but i dont like it. 

ps, the council say they have 10 days to answer emails.

After sending the original mail to him on 5th May Mr Tippett has finally responded some 20 days later. His inadequate and frankly laughable reply only comes due to my contact with The Chief Executives Office who have obviously now instructed him to respond.

I will be following this up with another mail. Here is his reply:

Dear Mr Wise,

Thank you for your email, please accept my apologies for the delay in replying.

As the photograph in the News Shopper article aptly demonstrates, the Council is well aware of the requirement to advertise the presence of CCTV and Mr Peaple’s attendance is certainly not regarded by either the Council or the Police as “assisting the local authority….”

The Council operates mobile CCTV enforcement for road safety and free traffic-flow reasons.  The success of this enforcement in addressing these issues is clear.  There is strong support received from head teachers who have seen the safety outside their schools improve through effective parking enforcement.  The numbers of PCNs issued by each vehicle has also fallen year on year demonstrating improved compliance with parking regulations.

The Police have always and will continue to determine whether and when to intervene in matters which could give rise to public disturbance or any other matters where it is regarded as being in the public’s interest to do so.
